1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Siren Tech Police & Emergency Vehicle Upfitting ("Siren Tech") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Siren Tech provides emergency vehicle upfitting, lighting installation, equipment mounting, and related services. All services are subject to a written project agreement or purchase order. Siren Tech reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on parts availability, labor requirements, and market conditions. A signed agreement and deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Siren Tech reserves the right to withhold completed vehicles or equipment until payment is received in full.

5. Warranty

Siren Tech warrants its labor and installation workmanship for a period of one (3) year from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer per each manufacturer's terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siren Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Siren Tech or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
